Experience: Twenty years’ experience as a Management Consultant, and as leader in the Consumer Banking and Payments industries, including a couple of years working as a partner in a startup company; and, always seeking exciting activities for fun! Carolina is very active in the local Chattanooga business community, serving on the board of the North Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce Council.

Experience: Thirty years’ experience working in the Financial Services industry as an innovator and leader within operations, sales, and product management functions; and, a lifetime of playing outdoors and trying new sports and adventures! Patrick is very active in the local community, participating in the Signal Mountain Lions Club, and on the Advisory Board of the Future Ready Institute for the East Brainerd High School.
In addition to her Lead Adventure Guide duties, Madison also manages ASI birthday parties and celebrations, and takes care of social media postings. A Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor and certified in CPR, First Aid and AED, Madison loves taking guests out on our e-surfboards, Kymera bodyboards, Schiller Bikes, and other water gear. She has worked for the UTC Aquatics & Recreation Center and the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department. With twelve years’ experience as a gymnast, she is the only guide who can perform a “Hovershoe Handstand”! When not working with ASI Madison enjoys hanging out with her dog in downtown Chattanooga and exploring the Cumberland Plateau.
A Chattanooga local, Clark is a Baylor School alum and holds an Associate’s Degree in Science from Chattanooga State Community College. Clark has a passion for technology and the ways it can be implemented into action sports and is our resident Solowheel expert. At Adventure Sports Innovation Clark can often be found teaching unicycle lessons or in our workshop taking care of gear maintenance and repairs. When not at work Clark can be found mountain biking, playing disc golf, hiking, and enjoying video games, or commuting around town on his e-unicycle or e-skateboard.
Ken discovered Adventure sports Innovation during our Grand Opening celebration in July 2018. After taking a couple of e-unicycle lessons, he become one of our first customers to buy a SoloWheel Glide 3, and became a regular visitor to the store. In May 2019, we finally convinced Ken to join the staff as an Adventure Specialist! Ken has a career in commercial real estate during the week, but can be found most Saturdays now at ASI, training guests to ride personal transportation devices, leading tours and parties or guiding guests through Virtual Reality adventures.
Reilly is an expedition caver who recently moved to Chattanooga to experience its beautiful trails, cliffs, and river views. Caving expeditions internationally and all over the United States have given her strong rope skills and a good eye for safety in adventure sports. Now she gets to help others play outdoors as a guide for Adventure Sports Innovation and loves every minute of it. In her spare time aboveground she can be found climbing above the Tennessee River, biking around downtown Chattanooga, or running on a muddy trail somewhere.
Senior Adventure Guide Chris Taylor has several years’ experience guiding and facilitating outdoor adventures. From ziplines and ropes courses to caving, climbing, and hiking, Chris has honed his leadership and safety skills all over the East Coast. A former counselor at Camp Laurel South in Maine, he has also facilitated adventures at height in North Carolina with High Gravity Adventures and the Blue Ridge Learning Center. Chris is the primary leader for Adventure Sports Innovation’s Swincar E-Spider tours and will also be heavily involved in water operations. Chris spends a lot of his time working with his two dogs, as well as rock climbing around Chattanooga or relaxing with a book.
