Question: Why does MAX3 come with a solid rear tire?
Answer: We previously offered 2 versions of MAX3: ‘pneumatic front & rear tires’ and ‘pneumatic front tire + solid rear tire’. Tests and customer feedback show they have the same stability while the rear pneumatic tire is way easier to be flat. So we made this improvement to replace the rear tire with a solid one. This approach has been well received by our customers.
Question: Does this go well over gravel?
Answer: The MAX3’s self healing air filled pneumatic tires are real troopers. Smooth and feels safe to operate.
Question: What is the height of deck to handlebar? I’m a little worried that I maybe too tall for the scooter.
Answer: The height from the deck to the handlebar is 36.8 inch(93.5 cm). Please check if this height is suitable for you.
Question: Can a seat be installed?
Answer: No. The scooter is not equipped to install a seat.
Question: How many inches wide is the deck?
Answer: The MAX3 electric scooter features a long platform of 20*5.9 inches, it is suitable for most adults with big feet. Hope it helps.
Question: What is the warranty?
Answer: For most of the parts, it is 12-month warranty. For some components like the motor and battery, it is 6-month warranty.
Question: Can a person that weights 225 use it? Or which scooter do you recommend?
Answer: Yes. The MAX3’s frame is very sturdy and durable, and riding on it is very smooth. It will be fine for 225 lbs.
Question: Can you use it if it starts raining?
Answer: The waterproof level of the MAX3 electric scooter is IP54. You can ride on the damp road but we don’t recommend you use it on rainy days or in standing water puddles.
Question: Does this have a detachable battery?
Answer: No, the MAX3 scooter doesn’t have a detachable battery.
Question: How do I get the headlight on?
Answer: Please double tap the power button to turn on/off the scooter headlight.
